Ritual Kasane Ceremonial Matcha
Ritual Kasane Ceremonial Matcha
Kasane, Japanese for 'layered,' captures the balanced flavor of this matcha from Shizuoka, the largest tea region in Japan. Harvested exclusively from first flush tea leaves, it offers subtle bitterness, delicate sweetness, and subtle umami.
Behind the Matcha
Ritual Kasane Matcha is sourced within a small radius from Shizuoka, Japan. The matcha is grown in Mt. Honyama, at an altitude of 1,100m. At the source, smallholder farmers shade these matcha plants for at least 15 days to yield a bright and deep green color. These smallholder farmers then enlist a central processor to process the matcha into powder on the same day of its harvest.

The only place I get my matcha from! Def not on the bitter and doesn’t taste like grass. 11/10 would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️
